Sporting Clays Tournament

REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 10TH!

Our 2026 Sporting Clays Tournament will be held at the Biltmore Sporting Clays Club. We are so excited to be able to gather and enjoy a time of fellowship and sport. This private club, conveniently located on the Biltmore Estate property, is inspired by the Biltmore tradition of enjoying sporting activities in a pristine setting.

The proceeds of this event will go toward our annual giving campaign, The ACA Fund, which benefits all students, staff, and faculty. 

This clay shoot is a team event consisting of four (4) participants. If you are registering and are not already a member of a team, we will gladly place you on a team.

When is the Event? Friday, October 2nd, 2026

Schedule of Events 

• 8:00am                     Gates Open

• 8:30am                     Morning Flight Registration and required Safety Briefing (coffee and Chick-fil-A)

• 9:00                            Morning Flight Begins

• Noon-12:30pm   Tailgate-style Lunch and Raffle Pull for all Shooters

• 12:30pm                  Afternoon Flight Registration and required Safety Briefing

• 1:00pm                     Afternoon Flight Begins

Winners will be notified via email following the close of the event.

What is the cost to participate? $1,000 for a team of four        -OR-         $275 for an individual 

What do I bring? 12-gauge sporting or upland shotgun.  Optional: shell bag and shooting accessories. 

What is included? Clays, shells, lunch, refreshments along the course. Your registration includes 100 shots per person for the 12 shooting stations at the Biltmore Sporting Clays Course.

Where is the Biltmore Sporting Clays Club entrance? The physical address is 1 Jones Farm Road, Asheville, 28806. The entrance gate is located on Hwy 191/Brevard Road, directly across from the Anderson Nissan dealership. We will have signs at the gate. (Note: You cannot access the entrance to the Biltmore Sporting Clays Club from the Biltmore Estate. Also, your GPS may take you to the next gate on Hwy 191/Brevard Road, which is incorrect.)

Your gifts of time, resources, and finances help us equip students for God’s purpose. Our fundraising events are a tradition central to community-building and philanthropy at our school. Asheville Christian historically hosts two events (a Gala & Auction and a Golf Tournament) held on alternating years. Dating back to 2005, we hosted a golf tournament. In 2023, we held our first-ever sporting clays event, which was a big success.
